タベポル（Tabeporu、以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重しています。本ポリシーでは、本アプリおよびタベポル公式Webサイト（以下「本サイト」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報、利用履歴、位置情報等を開発者のサーバーへ送信・収集しません。
本アプリには、ユーザーアカウント、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキング機能はありません。本サイトのアクセス解析については「11. 本サイトのアクセス解析」をご覧ください。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリでは、機能を提供するため、以下の情報をユーザーの端末内に保存することがあります。
- 登録したお店の情報
- お店への訪問記録
- 行ってみたいお店の情報
- 保存したエリア
- お店に関するフィードバック
- アプリの設定情報
これらの情報は、開発者のサーバーには送信されません。
3. 位置情報
本アプリでは、ユーザーが明示的に位置情報の利用を許可した場合に限り、現在地を利用します。
位置情報は、主に以下の目的で使用します。
- 今いる場所の近くに登録したお店から「今日の一軒」を提案するため
- 現在地周辺のお店を検索し、登録候補として表示するため
本アプリは、取得した現在地を開発者のサーバーへ保存または送信しません。位置情報の利用は、iPhoneの「設定」からいつでも変更できます。
4. Appleのサービス
本アプリでは、店舗検索、位置情報、地図表示等のためにAppleが提供するMapKit、Apple Maps等のサービスを利用します。これらのサービスの利用に伴い、検索内容や位置情報等がAppleへ送信される場合があります。

5. 共有機能
本アプリのShare Extensionでは、他のアプリ（Apple マップ、Google マップ等）から共有されたお店の情報を、本アプリへの登録候補として一時的に保存します。保存先は、本アプリとShare Extensionの間だけで使うApp Group内の領域であり、開発者のサーバーではありません。
共有された内容がGoogle マップの短縮リンク（maps.app.goo.gl等）である場合、リンク先の店舗情報を確認するために、Googleのサービスへ通信を行うことがあります。この処理によって、本アプリに保存されている登録済みのお店や訪問履歴等の情報がGoogleへ送信されることはありません。
6. 端末上のAI機能
対応端末では、登録したお店のジャンル（カテゴリー）を推定するために、Appleが提供する端末上のFoundation Modelsを利用する場合があります。この処理に使う情報は、お店の名称とカテゴリーのみです。
この推定処理は端末上で完結し、開発者が管理するAIサーバー等へお店の情報を送信することはありません。
7. 第三者への提供
本アプリの開発者は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの個人情報や利用情報を収集して第三者へ販売・提供することはありません。また、本アプリには第三者の広告SDKやアクセス解析SDKを組み込んでいません。
8. データの保持と削除
本アプリが保存する店舗情報や訪問記録等は、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。ユーザーは、本アプリ内から対象の情報を削除できます。また、本アプリを端末から削除することで、本アプリが端末内に保存したデータを削除できます。
開発者のサーバーには、これらのデータを保持していません。
9. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能変更等に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合があります。変更した場合は、本ページの最終更新日を更新します。
11. 本サイトのアクセス解析
本サイトでは、Webサイトの利用状況を把握し改善するために、Google LLCが提供するアクセス解析ツール「Google Analytics」を利用しています。
Google AnalyticsはCookie等を使用して、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
- 閲覧したページ
- 参照元（どのページやサイトから訪れたか）
- ブラウザ・端末に関する情報
- おおまかな地域情報
- App Storeへのリンク（ダウンロードボタン等）のクリック
これらの情報は、個人を直接識別するためには使用しません。また、広告配信や広告のパーソナライズの目的では使用しません。本アプリに登録したお店や訪問記録等の情報が、本サイトのアクセス解析に使われることはありません。
欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスなど一部の地域からのアクセスでは、Googleの地域別の同意設定により、アクセス解析のためのCookie等の保存を行わないよう制限しています。
アクセス解析は、以下からいつでも停止できます。停止した場合、このブラウザからGoogle Analyticsへの送信を止め、アクセス解析のCookieを削除します。停止の設定はお使いのブラウザ内に保存されます。停止しても、本サイトはすべてご利用いただけます。

Tabeporu (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App and the official Tabeporu website (“the Website”).
1. Information Collected by the Developer
The App does not send or collect your personal information, usage history, or precise location on a developer-operated server.
The App does not include user accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking. For analytics on the Website, see “11. Website Analytics.”
2. Information Stored on Your Device
To provide its features, the App may store the following information locally on your device:
- Places you add
- Visit records
- Places you want to try
- Saved dining areas
- Availability feedback
- App settings
This information is not sent to a developer-operated server.
3. Location Information
The App uses your current location only when you explicitly allow location access.
Location is used primarily to:
- suggest a place near your current location from places you have added; and
- search for nearby places that you may want to add.
The App does not store or send your current location to a developer-operated server. You can change location permission at any time in iPhone Settings.
4. Apple Services
The App uses Apple services such as MapKit and Apple Maps for place search, location-related features, and map display. When these services are used, search queries, location information, or related data may be transmitted to Apple.

5. Share Extension
The App’s Share Extension lets you share a place from another app (such as Apple Maps or Google Maps) to add it as a candidate in the App. Shared content is held temporarily in an App Group area used only between the App and its Share Extension, not on a developer-operated server.
If the shared content is a Google Maps short link (such as maps.app.goo.gl), the App may contact Google’s servers to resolve the link to the actual place. This process does not send your saved places, visit history, or other App data to Google.
6. On-Device Intelligence
On supported devices, the App may use Apple’s on-device Foundation Models to infer a genre (cuisine category) for a place you add. This process uses only the place’s name and category as input.
This inference runs entirely on your device. The App does not send place information to a developer-operated AI server.
7. Sharing with Third Parties
The developer does not collect personal information or usage information through the App for sale or disclosure to third parties. The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Place information, visit records, and other App data are generally stored locally on your device. You can delete relevant information within the App. You can also remove locally stored App data by deleting the App from your device.
The developer does not retain this data on a developer-operated server.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when App features or data practices change. If it is updated, the “Last updated” date on this page will be revised.
11. Website Analytics
The Website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect the following information:
- Pages you view
- Referrer (the page or site you came from)
- Information about your browser and device
- Approximate location (region)
- Clicks on links to the App Store (such as download buttons)
This information is not used to directly identify individuals, and it is not used for advertising or ad personalization. Places, visit records, and other data in the App are not used for Website analytics.
For visits from certain regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google’s region-specific consent settings are used to restrict the storage of cookies and similar data for analytics.
You can stop analytics at any time below. When you stop it, this browser stops sending data to Google Analytics and the analytics cookies are deleted. Your choice is stored in your browser. Stopping analytics does not affect your use of the Website.
